About me

Hi everyone, I’m Bobbie (Hi Bobbie) and I struggle to stop talking.

For the sake of my housemates’ sanity and in an attempt to compartmentalise my thoughts – I’m going to give this blogging thing a go (again).

Top line: I’m a 24 year old libra living in big ol London town. I like caramel iced lattes, pretending that I’m a movie character on public transport, and anything slathered in tahini (be as creative as you like with that). I also really like brackets. As you’ve probably gathered.

But Bobbie, hun, why the blog?

In short, I’m currently wading through a quasi-quarter life (existential) crisis.

We’re talking multiple room rearrangements. Heavy flirting with my newly established “subtle hip tattoos” Pinterest board. And critically, Enya making an appearance on my Spotify ‘on repeat’. Code red. We’ve got a 2319.

SO: the solution? We’re going to get back to writing.

I used to absolutely love this lil blog. Back in BC (before covid) when I used to commute in to uni, a long ol train journey riding the Thameslink would be rebranded as a cushty lil opportunity to spill my thoughts on my notes page, which I would, eventually, roll in glitter and post on here. The rush! The exhilaration! And I miss it. So we’re back baby and we’re ready for it *all* *over* *again*.

I’m not sure of a schedule yet, but I’m going to try my best to post at least every fortnight. So let’s see how it goes, eh?

Thank u for stopping by, I really appreciate it 🙂

P.S: if by any chance you’re reading this Paul Mescal – call me.
